Willy Steele

Willy Steele is from Chicago Illinois.  I create instrumental music with power, passion. and influence of the world.  "Something dangerously close to pure black magic"- Said Hedy Weiss, Chicago Sun Times,  regarding my scoring of the live theatre production of "Pecong", for which I also was honored with a "Joseph Jefferson" award for Original Music. I am currently working on scoring for Documentary Films.  

Originally from Pittsfield, Massachusetts, through Berklee College of Music, in Boston, I've then performed as a percussionist for Symphonies to Reggae, and every other imaginable style.  My scores have won multiple awards in Live Theatre, and Documentary Films.

I am currently performing in several ensembles, musical directing, and composing as well as writing original songs for artists..
